This summer, I got an opportunity to visit this years fashion exhibit Manus x Machina at “The Met”. When I get such a pleasure, I feel compelled to share it with my readers. Of course I was inspired to conduct a tea pairing, as I visualized myself draped in the luxurious garments, imagining where I would be and what tea I would sip.
This exhibit was not as impressive as the last feature “Through The Looking Glass” though due to the focus “Fashion in an Age of Technology” the point being made, that Haute Couture and Pret A Porter each has benefit and can result in beautiful creations, was evident.
With my penchant for fantasy and daydreaming, I began to imaging what tea would be appropriate if I were indeed wearing certain garments seen in this display.
So humor me as I proceed with pairing the fashion to my cup of tea.
*Tea in the first shot is not “Earl Grey but a most regal tea, posted in memory of a friend
*Nelson Tea supplied by the company for the purpose of sampling and can be purchased by clicking the yellow link.
*All other teas are herbs or my own blends and are not for purchase

I must focus more on this tea pairing side of things in everyday life.
Thanks for the insights and the sharing of this expo.
